TED viewer on Server 2008
« on: January 11, 2012, 11:40:11 PM »
Hello,
We've had a TED 1001 for a while and didn't have any problems on XP.  I just moved it to Server 2008 64bit.  I put in the virtual USB port driver, and the Watcher works fine, so it's talking to the USB port okay.

When I bring up the Viewer software, I get a small red X in the upper left corner and nothing else.

I have checked the activex settings for I.E. (can we have it use Firefox?), even put the address in as a trusted site:
http://localhost:9090/DASH?UNIQUE=634618887706564708

What am I missing or need to recheck?

Did you find an answer to this?  I am moving my installation from Windows Home Server V1 (Server 2003 varient) to WHS 2011 (Server 2008 varient) and have the same issue.
