Stuck at 0.686 after power outage?

We had a 10-minute power outage today (utility says it was line maintenance), and now TED Pro Home is showing a constant 0.686 for the main feed, even though the Spyder shows +1.3Kw in use.

I tried the "Restart TED Pro" option from the Web, and no change.   Will it help to go onsite and power cycle the Measuring Transmitting Unit (MTU)?

 ;D  Hard power cycle on the MTU fixed it.
