Ted Pro doesn't "see" CT Spyder
« on: December 31, 2016, 10:01:52 AM »
I installed a Ted Pro with an MTU and single Spyder (7 CTs).

The ECC reads the MTU, but says no Spyder is connected.

I can't seem to find any help on this.....

Any hints?

Thanks, Mike

A few things to check would be if the "Use Spyder 1" box is checked under System Settings on the Product Identification tab in Footprints, is the Spyder settings setup correctly on the Spyder Settings tab under System Settings, is the data cable coming from the MTU plugged into the SpyIN port on the Spyder? If all of those are correct than power cycle the MTU as it needs to sense all those connection on power up and give it a couple of minutes to start to register.
