Billing cycle and meter read date
« on: December 10, 2016, 11:06:02 AM »
Hello. I'd like to be sure my TED history data is synchronized with my utility billing cycle so I can cross reference/verify things. I have the Meter Read Date set as 1 under the Utility Settings tab, assuming that means the first day of each month. The Month History chart, however, has the data set information as "Oct 16, Nov 16" etcetera. Does that mean it is compiling data from the 16th to the 16th, or simply that the line data is for the cycle containing the 16th?

I ask because we have a "farm panel" that feeds different buildings on our farm, so the house consumption is only a portion of our monthly bill, and I'd like to chart our house consumption versus the total for our farm and I need to be sure the TED cycle and billing cycles are the same to do that accurately.

Thanks,
Elden
