Slightly different displays on SYSTEM OVERVIEW on Live Dashboard
« on: November 03, 2015, 03:12:45 PM »
I have installed two MTU's on my two panels.  One is 'Bakery' the other 'Cafe'

What is displayed on the System Overview section on Footprints live dashboard display is slightly different for each.

The row names are Power:,Ap Pow:,Voltage:,PF:,Current:

On the Bakery column is:
Bakery

1.792 kW
1.832 kVA
125 V
97.8 %
15 A

On the Cafe column is:
Cafe

1.222 kW
1.315 kVA
242/121 V
92.9 %
NA

Why does the Cafe colum show 242/121 for voltage but the Bakery side only shows 125V is there a setting I messed up on install? Both are a simple single phase 240V pannel 200A service

And no Current is shown for the Cafe side?

I've looked for settings and not sure what else to do to have these display the same information.

Thanks
Andy

Have you verified that the CT's are in the correct position on the cafe side? Just a guess I by far am not an expert.
