I just set up TED Pro Home 2 QUESTIONS
« on: July 09, 2015, 02:56:10 PM »
I just set up my TED Pro Home and I have only hooked up the two MTU devices, I will hook up the Spyder after i know this part is working (i thought this was the best approach)?

1. Is there a video (not the marketing video) or help line to call to walk through the dash board to help me understand what is wrong?
2. In the "System Overview Section"
My MTU1 (main fuse box) is reading -1.7kw being used at the moment and 93% voltage - how do i fix this?
My MTU2 (this is my sub-panel) is reading .141kw and 89% voltage - How do i fix this?

MTU 1 reading negative means you probably have the polarity of the CT's backwards.  Take them off and put them back on with the red dot facing toward the power source.  MTU2 looks like it might be right.  I assume you mean 93% Power Factor, not voltage though.

Just hooked mine up and it read negative as well. Swapped the CTs between the mains, as described in the installation manual.
