ECC Suddenly returning 0 ahead of time
« on: June 05, 2015, 11:20:58 PM »
I have a Ted Pro Home that I'm polling the history data (in raw format, but it does the same thing in CSV) to pull the data into MySQL so I can manipulate it better. It's been working fine for the past few days but suddenly the data on MTU2 is 6 hours ahead of time and is filled with hundreds of 0 readings. The Dashboard is still showing correct current data, so it hasn't stopped reading, but the exports are completely screwed up. Is this something that happens and I just need to restart it every so often to keep it in check?

Update: restarting didn't fix it, and erasing the history didn't fix it. I had to reset the totals to zero in order to get it to start logging again. So something toggled off MTU2's logging capability. I lost 4 hours of data from that snafu.

So, what can cause one MTU to stop logging history, even though it's still giving current data?
