TED Pro Home Group MTUs and Tier Help
« on: October 25, 2014, 01:55:12 AM »
Hello all. I just got my system (Ted Pro Home with three MTUs and five CTs).

I have two MTUs with three CTs on one panel on a guest house on my property.

I have one MTU with two CTs on another panel on a second guest unit on my property.

I want to be able to group/monitor the first two MTUs (in footprints software) seperatley from the third MTU, and be able to apply the four tiers that my electric company uses, for both guest units.

Is this possible? If so, how? If not, is there another solution for what I'm trying to achieve? Please help. Thanks!

Hello tonnelab77,

Can you supply a simple line drawing of how you have your system set up? You can accomplish what you are asking for depending on where the MTUs are located.

Best Regards,

Tonelab77,

Do you have a Pro Lite system or a Pro Home? How many total CTs came with your order. You should have received 6 CTs in total for a 3 MTU Pro Home. Is your system three phase?

Are you only using 1 CT on one of the MTUs?
