ECC not communicating with MTU
« on: November 12, 2015, 07:46:09 PM »
I have installed a TED Pro Lite for 3 phase. I have the ECC plugged into a 120V outlet that is supplied from the same breaker that powers the MTU. Not only the same "Leg" (phase) but same breaker.

When ECC is done powering up side LED blinks green and front right LED stays red. The MTU blinks green on top LED.

I read if they are not communicating as per factory settings I could download the ECC operators manual for instructions to mate the two units.

I can find no instructions for doing that.

I am accessing the User Interface through a internet link and get the dashboard but I can not save the data at the end of the set-up utility walk-through.

I enter the user name and password I entered during set-up and nothing happens.

How do I use default password and what is it?

I have no better success with check-boxs for password unchecked.

Can someone tell how I night proceed? Thank-you.

Hello Snowshoe Bob,

The default username is "admin" and the default password is also "admin". For the other problems you are seeing I would suggest you put in a support ticket http://www.theenergydetective.com/ticket with a description of the problem you are seeing and we would be happy to help you.
