Title: Data logging capable for TED-1001 that is locked?
Post by: NukeBourb on November 01, 2013, 10:34:32 PM
Hi, I have a TED-1001 that is locked.  Is there a way to unlock it to use the Footprints software?  Is there any way to export data from display?  Thanks in advance for your response.

Hello NukeBourb,

There is no way to unlock a locked TED 1000 or TED 1001 series system.

Curious about the inability of unlocking it as its been discontinued that I know of.

That said I have one that is locked and just jumpered the serial port and getting data from it that way.

My preference though would be to use the unlocked data and utilize some third party software for it.
