I was given a TED 1000 and Footprints as a gift. I installed the TED and the Footprints disc. TED RDU appears to be working fine. When I try to run TEDviewer, I am told TED Service is not running. I did all three things requested in the bullet points (only one com port to choose from).
I also downloaded and updated Footprints.
I also tried suggestion of earlier viewer with Windows 7: I started task manager, selected "TED Service" and selected "start" . I was "denied."
Please help.
