TED 1001 loses time over time.

I periodically have to manually reset the time on my TED 1001. It just seems to lose time even though I keep it plugged in to my PC most of the time. Any suggestions?

There is a battery for the time. It may need to be replaced.

Thanks for the feedback, but the TED 1001 has no battery according to the user manual.

It's not a standard battery, it's a small battery that is soldered to the PC Board inside the RDU. You can call our office or fill out a support ticket at this link if you need to:
