I just experienced my second case of an RDU losing its ability to retain memory with a power fail. Suddenly after a power fail the unit will come up completely reinitialized with all stored memory, including accrued current usage, zeroed out. The failure is permanent in that all future power fails produce the same result and the only solution is to replace the RDU. This seems like a weak point in this product at this point.
