Time stuck at the year 2000

I cannot get the time to change.  I have tried synchronized and not synchronized.

If I correct the time and safe to the gateway the time just jumps back to January 1, 2000.

What do I need to do to get time working correctly again?

Call support....this is a battery problem.   Either replace the battery or adjust every time the utility power is lost.

My battery went out years ago.....I just reset the time as needed after every lost utility outage.

Yeah a PIA.....poor design using a buried battery instead of an easily replaceable off the shelf battery.
