3-phase 240V 50Hz

Dear all,

ted seems to be great, i am from Greece and here "DEI" the public electricity company has electric network of 230 V and 50Hz.

Additionally, in my home, i have 3 phases. I searched over the internet before bying the TED 5000 and in noticed that "If you have 3-phase or 230 V 50Hz electrical services, TED 5000 will not work."

First of all, in 3 phases, i need three MTUs???  Additionally, can MTU work with 230V and 50Hz network or i will face problem...

Please respond with confidence because i dont want to pay so much money and do not support our network.

Thank you for your question. Ted5000 does not work with three phase systems, but does work with 50Hz. Our new TED Pro system works anywhere in the world.
