Can't reset monthly usage after 13 months!

I can use someone's help. On TED Footprints, it won't record past 13 months. How do I reset it so I can keep current usage stored. I started on March 2010 and it stopped recording information on Feb. 2011. What can I do??????
Thanks for any help, I'd really appreciate it.

That is an issue from an older firmware version. Check the firmware version on your RDU by unplugging it and plugging it back in. The serial number and version number will appear on the bottom of the RDU screen for just a couple of seconds. It will look something like A12345678 v1.23. If your version is older than 9.02, then I recommend that you fill out a support ticket at this link: http://www.theenergydetective.com/support/tickets/submit-ticket.

Thank you so much for your answer. I am using a 9.01 version. I submitted  support ticket. I hope they can help me. Where do I find the MTU serial number?

The MTU serial number is printed on the sticker on your MTU. The serial number for RDU can be viewed by unplugging it and plugging it back in. The serial will show on the bottom of the screen for a just a few seconds.
